By utilizing our website, requesting university fee structure downloads, scheduling counseling appointments, or interacting via phone/WhatsApp, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you are a student under 18 years of age, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian, who consents to your registration on your behalf.
The Edu Consultant functions as an independent, professional educational consultancy and academic counseling agency. Our services encompass:
- Institutional Quota Advisory: Guidance on legitimate, officially sanctioned Management Quota, NRI Quota, and institutional direct admissions in recognized private universities and autonomous colleges.
- Fee Structure Verification: Dissemination of verified tuition costs, college infrastructure fees, hostel charges, and official refund policies approved by respective institutional management bodies.
- Application & Dossier Processing: Assistance in compiling application files, eligibility certificates, equivalence clearances, and NRI sponsorship affidavits.
- Global University Placement: Counseling for overseas degree programs across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany, including visa documentation advice.
Important Admissions Disclaimer: All final seat allotments, eligibility confirmations, and admission order releases remain the sole prerogative of the respective autonomous university or college admissions authority, subject to statutory norms (e.g. AICTE, UGC, NMC, BCI, COA).
The Edu Consultant acts strictly within the bounds of authorized counseling. We do not conduct examinations, we do not alter state rank lists, and we operate strictly within the legal framework of private institutional management quotas sanctioned by the Supreme Court of India precedents.
Candidates and their guardians guarantee that:
- All academic mark sheets, entrance scorecard numbers, transfer certificates, and category claims submitted for evaluation are genuine and issued by accredited educational boards.
- Any misrepresentation, counterfeit certificates, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of counseling advisory without right of refund.
- The candidate meets the mandatory eligibility percentage specified by the target institution (e.g., minimum 45-50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology for professional degrees).
We uphold strict financial ethics and transparency:
- Direct College Payment: All formal course tuition fees, college development fees, and hostel deposits are payable directly to the designated official bank account of the target college or university (via Demand Draft, RTGS/NEFT, or official institution ERP payment portal).
- Zero Cash Dispatches: The Edu Consultant never accepts unaccounted cash for college tuition fees. Candidates receive official printed institutional receipts for every rupee remitted to the academic institution.
- Consultancy Advisory Charges: Any nominal advisory or document processing fee charged directly by The Edu Consultant is clearly invoiced and acknowledged via formal digital documentation.
College tuition fee refunds upon withdrawal are governed entirely by the individual university's statutory refund framework, in strict compliance with UGC and AICTE refund regulations (deductions based on notification date prior to the formal closure of admissions).
Professional advisory service retainers remitted directly to The Edu Consultant cover personalized research, dossier preparation, and counselor time, and become non-refundable once an official institutional seat offer or provisional allotment letter has been secured.
All branding assets, vector logos, curated college fee schedules, portal design patterns, and proprietary content published on theeduconsultant.com are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or commercial replication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service and any advisory disputes arising out of student counseling shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Exclusive Judicial Jurisdiction
Any legal proceeding, dispute resolution, or arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
